They don't answer the phone and take a long time to call you back when you give the option for them to call you back. Their website says the building is closed at noon. The automatic phone says they close at 12:30 p.m. (referring to Saturdays) I called at 10:50 a.m. to verify if this applied for the lab also. I had to leave my callback information for them to call me back. After a few minutes, rather than waiting, I ended up going in and and made it at 11:31 a.m. only to find a sign that said the lab office was closed and they had closed at 11:30 a.m. There should be somewhere in the site or on the automatic message hours where it states specifically that the lab closes...read full review
The women that work at the front will honestly deter you from wanting to be seen here. If I was a doctor I would not bring my practice here because whenever I have to deal with those ladies up front (who aren’t even caretakers or anyone who is actually assisting anybody with anything besides scheduling appointments) it makes me want to walk out. I will never understand their attitudes and I wish they would take working in a medical field more seriously and with more compassion. After calling three times over two days leaving messages for my doctor, I was finally told the staff was in clinicals and no one had even read my messages yet. I went to an urgent care facility where I received treatment within a half hour. Very disappointed with Amita.
