If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve been with Dr. Norman for years and wonderful and the only reason I come here. But I will most likely be switching due to the front office experience. It’s an absolute nightmare. They literally have 20 check in people and still can’t get their job done efficiently. They are also beyond rude. Every time. And every time you go there you have to provide a DL and insurance card. Every other doctor I see takes that info once a year and that’s it. After that you just give your name and check in. Not here. And they clearly can’t figure it out bc every time I go there they have a different way of checking in. Sometimes...read full review
If you are conducting due diligence, here is your sign to run in a different direction. This medical group does not care about you or your health. I stuck with Amita for five years, and I finally switched to Edward-Elmhurst. You cannot get a live person on the phone. If you do get a live person, it's a call center not at any Amita location. You will never receive immediate assistance (the flu, tick removal, prescription renewal), urgent care is way more reliable. You will never speak to a doctor on the phone. You will not get return phone calls, or timely return calls. And if you get through, you will get BIG attitude from staff with contradictory information.I had a...read full review
