Well... they were very polite to my fiancé and I when we went the day before the 4th of July.. but! The women who did my nails didn't do a good job and was very rough and made me bleed. She took a long time and kept huffing and puffing. Luckily the guy who did my feet was gentle and good! If your normal nail salon does not have any openings I would recommend maybe going elsewhere if your looking for gel nails. My nails haven't even been on a week and they look out grown and chipped.
2nd time to this location for a no chip manicure & pedicure. This is by far the best experience I have had at any nail salon. They take their time, include massage & cuticles + all employees are extremely nice! Love this place 10/10
I've driven by a bunch of times and decided to try today. I asked for the Basic pedi ($30). I loved the smell of the orange scrub! I also enjoyed the massage oil she put on after the scrub. The foot/leg massage was not rushed and I appreciated that. The only complaint I have was when she used the sponge to do the bottom of my feet. She was so gentle (I am not ticklish on the bottom of my feet) I suggested she could use more pressure. She then suggested a scraper that looks like a hand-held cheese grater. Sure, fine, whatever. Until I paid, then I found out the cheese grater is $5 extra. The up price was lost in translation lol. I will be going back to try the Deluxe. (The guy next to me started when I did and ordered that and he was in the chair even after I went thru the dryer and on my way out the door!!)
