I made an appointment a month out, you called I gave you my insurance information, you explained that sometimes there are bills associated with some insurances, I arrived early for my appointment. Now my insurance is a problem or it might not be but you don’t know because you’re not in network with any insurance. Why ask for my insurance information weeks in advance only to not look into if it’s applicable or not. Not knowing if someone is going to have a bill after dental work isn’t good enough, do better.
