Car Repair near Wood River

“I would give this place 1,000 stars for a review if I could. We were traveling on our way to St. Louis when our Kia Optima broke down (check engine light blinking). This was the closest dealership and we were able to get it there. Our Kia needed something reprogrammed and they got us into their schedule, got our car fixed, and got us on our way. 20 minutes down the road, it happened again…..we took it back. (Sometimes things happen that are out of someone’s control or unexpected, and we get that) They were immediately on top of it and corrected the issue. They were apologetic, friendly, and assured us they would get our car fixed. They had a couple of the sweetest shop dogs that my kiddos (and myself) enjoyed petting. They fit us into their busy schedule twice (without notice) in one day. They didn’t give us the “run around” or try to say a million things were wrong with the car. EVERYONE there was very friendly. Truly wish this dealership was closer to where I live.“
