We had such a wonderful experience at My Kids Place on 5/24/26. Zuly and the front desk staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient with my son, who has autism and speech delay. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed and understood. They were very gentle, never rushed him, and found calming ways to support his sensory needs during the haircut.
This place truly knows how to work with children who have sensory needs. They were understanding, caring, and made the entire experience much less stressful for both my child and our family. We had an excellent experience at My Kids Place. My 3yo daughter had her first official haircut, and Zuly did a fantastic job. She was very gentle and patient. My daughter got to choose which fun chair she wanted to sit in and picked a TV show to watch. My toddler is normally very shy but felt comfortable the whole time.
I wish I took photos of the inside of the salon because the decor was very cute. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend the experience.
This place 😍 AMAZING is an understatement!! The service, the attentiveness, the cleanliness, the energy, the results. I am so happy we chose My Kids Place for our son’s first haircut. First, I appreciate them so much for squeezing us in because we did a walk in not knowing we needed an appointment. We came ready for battle: toys, snacks, bottles and big sister for reinforcements. Let’s just say I didn’t need any of that.
