I’ve gotten a lot of bodywork done, and Amy is one of *the best* healers I’ve had the pleasure of receiving work from!! Her touch is gentle and sensitive, and surprisingly effective for how much she can release without eliciting the pain I often feel when foam rolling or using a lacrosse ball at home. I believe this is because of the energy-work component she brings into her well rounded, highly trained style. She’s extremely intuitive, knowledgeable, and her bedside manner is top notch. I left feeling lighter than air!
