Forget for a moment the idea of supporting our local businesses (which I think everyone should do), Doyle Opticians is the place to go for exceptional value and over the top knowledge and service. I broke a pair of glasses I needed the next day for a golf tournament I was playing in. Without me asking, they said "no problem, we will drive the new lenses up to the lab in Wisconsin so you can have them tomorrow". Who else does that? I've used LensCrafters and America's Best in the past thinking they would be better priced, they weren't. Doyle's the guy on the North Shore.
I've been going to Doyle optics for the past 10 years and they are excellent at what they do. They really get to know you and offer great advice on what type of glasses you should wear and contacts.
