“I was out sightseeing along the Rock River with my wife and our mothers. We began to experience electrical issues and literally limped into Car Buddy and could go no further. It was near closing on a Friday evening. Ed came with water bottles for us and made sure my 91 year old mother was ok. He was excellent in his dealings with us and very fair. The car was repaired on Monday with new alternator installed. He could have really taken advantage of the situation but did not. I highly recommend him for his service and kindness.”
