“I was out sightseeing along the Rock River with my wife and our mothers. We began to experience electrical issues and literally limped into Car Buddy and could go no further. It was near closing on a Friday evening. Ed came with water bottles for us and made sure my 91 year old mother was ok. He was excellent in his dealings with us and very fair.
