I have tried many EVOO’s from multiple countries and phenol content. Some irritate my stomach, some can only be used as a medicinal olive oil - this olive oil I use on everything, take two tablespoons in the morning with no adverse effects. I love the taste and it makes all my food taste better. I am a customer for life.

Kollias olive oil is the real deal- cold pressed olive oil, pure, fresh, fragrant, and, of course, delicious. Greek olive oil is not a commodity and this olive oil is noticeably superior! I use it for all my cooking, and it is an absolute must for salads and dipping bread. As an added bonus, the bottle and presentation is quality and unique. Makes for a good gift if you are looking to bring something other than a bottle of wine to dinner.
