First time ever bringing a pet to be groomed. I was very apprehensive that kitty would turn into demon spawn in the process of being groomed. Eileen was so kind and calming, when I picked up kitty hours after dropping off, I was thrilled to see what a careful and meticulous job of grooming she did. Kitty is super proud of her stylish new haircut (and BOOTS!) she is feeling herself!!! I cannot endorse this pet salon strongly enough. A total pleasure!!
I could not be happier for Eileen in her branching out. She has deserved this for years. We have brought our late, and present dogs and cats to Eileen for well over 25 years. I cannot endorse Eileen’s work, treatment of pets, and interactions with families enough. Through the years Eileen has become a dear member of our family through her wonderful character, intelligence, and our mutual enjoyment of her work and loving empathy with any sick pet we have had. One significant family member was our daughter’s late dear Canine Companion for Special Needs, “WITHERBEE” who passed from cancer...Eileen suffered with us, I will always be grateful to her for her gentle care of “WITHERBEE”. Additionally, Eileen has groomed our cats from our touchy domestic long hair, and our sweet special, Exotic shorthairs. Eileen is special and woven into the fabric of our lives. We are happy and grateful for meeting and knowing her through the introduction of her talent and professional work ethic.
