Stan and Pinnacle Property's home inspection services spent over 2 hours inspecting our prospective home very thoroughly. They were super knowledgeable and professional, efficient throughout the entire process, explained everything to us, and answered all our questions. The inspection report documented all necessary details and recommendations; we appreciated the quick turnaround of the report and are extremely satisfied with their services.

Stan with Pinnacle Property was the ultimate professional and more than worth his weight in gold!!! We built a new home and he was still able to find multiple issues that saved us future issues potentially totaling in the thousands to tens of thousands not to mention a potential mold issue that could’ve caused damage to the home and put my family’s health at risk. He showed up an hour early to the appointment, he was thorough, yet efficient and he gave us the peace of mind that we were making a solid investment for our future home.
