Just reading through other reviews. I love this salon. The service is so consistently good, I mention this salon to my friends. Nice young women who are helpful, quick, and pleasant. Maybe there's a high turnover rate at this location. But, my experiences have been superior to most other salons.

Probably the best tanning franchise out there, but this location (and similiar ones) could certainly do better when it comes to the little things, such as adding floor mats in each room. To walk barefoot and undressed on the cold tile (especially in the winter time), is a huge nuisance. The most concerning aspect of the experience are the rooms that do not lock. People are tanning (most of them, undressed) and to have doors that do no lock is a HUGE safety and privacy issue. I have brought it up to managers and employees in the past who are well aware of it and still place me in those rooms. Upset with communication between the staff. I downgraded my membership for winter time but still paid for the upgraded full month. The computer system is giving the staff issues. 3 times I've had to explain my situation because no one put a note in my chart explaining it or told the employees. It's incredibly frustrating. Other than that it's a nice salon and I recommend it.
