Not helpful. Told me to call Com Ed..."probably" a "line problem". I called another electrician who came out...found fuse box issue..and now is sending info on upgrading our box. He had to fix current issue...was very efficient...so I do not really need to get more work done right now. Issue resolved in 1.5 hours including run to Home Depot for a part. But I trust him, his professionalism, and will probably go forward with other work on my 100 year old home. I have always liked McDaniel Electric but will now stick with my new guy. Sorry...
