What an amazing group of professionals! Lourdes, Nataliya, and Grace are all very skilled electrologists and so good at their jobs. I always look forward to my appointment because they make it a wonderful experience. They are very accommodating with appointments, work so hard, honest, and very sweet people. I have been seeing Lourdes at the Niles location weekly since November 2018 I have been seeing results from my visits. There are many electrolysis locations near me in schaumburg, however, I felt most comfortable with Lourdes. She is amazing has a lot of patience works with her clients. Fully informs her clients in details the process and what it takes, it's not an overnight fix takes time. If the power of the Zapp is painful she lowers it to make comfortable. Lourdes is very well trained and extremely professional. She is also very flexible and will work around your schedule. If you need to remove hair this is the place to go. She has a few locations near Niles.
