Top notch business. Thank you for the great service. I am so glad that I found this shop. Tina and her employees are very friendly and helpful. They fixed two coats for me right away the same day. Other shops quoted me up to four weeks.
I came here for a simple tailoring. I asked them to make a dress into a skirt so they just had to cut off the top and putan elastic band. I didn’t ask how much because I assumed it would not be that expensive. I go to another Tailor in Bridgeview and she usually charges $20 for this. I wanted to come here to support a local business, and I was shocked that they were charging me $65 for this. I kept telling the lady are you sure it’s $65? Why is it $65? Of course she couldn’t answer me, but I will never come again.
Had an emergency and needed a dress fixed for a special event the next day. Iris was very helpful & kind and had the project finished the same afternoon. They even pressed the dress for me! Thank you so much for your help!
