Please don’t let Oksana cut your hair! She literally chopped my son’s hair uneven and when she saw that I wasn’t happy she just ignored it and proceed to payment .Luckily Mikki, the manager I think offered to fix this horrible haircut, but not much could have been done at this point. She reimbursed us money and apologized. Only for Mikki I gave 3 stars , she handled the situation really professional and nice .

I've been to several Sportclips over the years. The one in Willowbrook exceeds my expectations. Everytime I walk in the stylists are kind and welcoming. Every stylist Ive had has done an amazing job. I had questions about my husband's beard and dry skin, they recommended a few products and I was able to have my husband try them, he will not go anywhere else for products, cuts or beard trims. I had questions about what products to use for my kids, they introduced me to an incredible kids line of shampoos/conditioners and styling products, all vegan, cruelty and paraben free with neem oil to help prevent lice which is a HUGE PLUS for my family...plus the products smell...read full review

Giving three stars bc it’s 5 stars for Kathryn and 1 star for Bella (so I went in the middle). My husband had Kathryn and she was so nice and did such a great job! I really liked her.Unfortunately, my 7 year old got Bella. She seemed upset and in a terrible mood. I understand it’s not a kids’ salon, but she was getting so frustrated with my son and would roll her eyes if he moved his head even the slightest. He’s been going to sport clips for a few months (different location) so he knows the drill. He looks forward to the MVP treatment but today was anything but that.
