Med-Stop is a fast and efficient clinic with friendly and kind personnel. Many customers have used this location for years, recommending it as a pleasant experience. The staff works efficiently even when the clinic is extremely busy, often resulting in a small wait time of 10-15 minutes or less. While there have been recent delays with results, customers understand it is a collection site, not the lab. Overall, it has been described as amazing, better than good, with no complaints. Customers will continue to use and recommend Med-Stop.
Staff is rude and don't care. They had a hand made sign for their hours that didn't match the actually sign. They also don't match the hours on Google either. I arrived 45min before closing on the paper hours and all the lights in the back area were off. They were just sitting on their phones and refused to take anyone else. Just milking the clock. Avoid this place!
I had appointment at 8:30am, got here at 8:10am and they were closed. I was waiting in the car in front of medstop, some workers showed up at 8:20am and I almost missed my drug test for my job. Very unprofessional. Lady inside has some really bad attitude.
