Sessions are personalized and therapeutic, often incorporating essential oils, hot stones, pink sea salts, aromatherapy, and gentle energy work for a holistic approach. The massages are effective, professional, and dedicated, designed to relieve tension, remove pain, and repair muscle tissue. I came to see Edita for a couple of times and when I say she’s the best she truly is. I was dealing with shoulder and lower back pain. With a couple of sessions in the muscle stress relief and not to mention she knows what areas need work

I recently visited Massage and Heal and had an incredible experience which I want to share with you.
From the moment I walked into the room, I felt a sense of calm. The atmosphere was serene, with soft relaxing music, soothing lighting and a clean, welcoming space.
I have never imagined that there was such a massage table on which you can get a massage, foot soak with scrub and hair treatment. The procedures itself were exceptional, I could feel the stress melting away and my body relaxes with each movement.
