We worked with sales representative Dave to pick out options to replace a front door and 2 sliders. He was thorough, honest and on top of the project the whole time.. The installation crew led by Tom were great as well. We’re very pleased with the finished results.
Early in 2020 we ordered a new sliding glass door from this company. We waited through the lockdown and have now been trying to get our door installed for over 2 months. The account rep is unresponsive, and no one seems to care at all. The worst part is that we were scheduled for installation today and received a cancellation text 30 minutes prior. Stay away from this company. There are better options out there.

As an update, we have finally had our door installed and overall that went fairly smoothly even though the process took longer than we would have liked. I still think communication can be improved by Exclusive Windows and there is an aspect of the installation that did not meet our expectations from a quality perspective which is the caulk around the exterior of the door. Exclusive did send the original crew back out to try to correct this, and while better it's not the most professional work I've seen. Still overall we are satisfied with the door and other aspects of the installation.
