I have been apart of best 3 logistics for 5 months now and I say to any driver looking for a great company to drive for this is it,best 3 logistics family has treated me very well they keep me loaded and moving I get great miles and pay is always on time,dispatch is great safety is great the leadership here is awesome I recommend best 3 logistics to anyone looking for a place to call home

I've worked at Best 3 logistics for 6 months and its has been a great experience. They are highly professional and keep their word when saying they're gonna do something. Steady miles and open lines of communication which you don't find everywhere.

’ve been with Best 3 for 7 months now. When I got to the company I received a brand new 2025 Cascadia truck. I chose to drive conestoga flatbed which starts off at 65 cpm and raises to 70 cpm after 3 months and 75 cpm after 6. Being that I’m a veteran my pay started at 70 cpm and now I’m making 75 cpm with at least 2500-3000 miles per week. I’ve always received my pay every Friday and I get home time when I ask. I had to take a month off to take care of my wife and was able to come back to work no problem. I can’t complain so far!
