They installed the heating and cooling system in my house 3 years ago. The system works great and they are great to work with. I had a recent hiccup due to a blown fuse in the main unit. They were able to come and fix the issue the same day I called them. The only area of opportunity to note was that I called 3 times before I got anyone on the line. I was able to leave messages, but didn’t receive a call back. Since it’s summertime and this type of business is usually busy, I wasn’t sure if I should wait for a callback or if I should call elsewhere due to no availability or office closure. In the end, my issue was resolved and done so in a timely manner. Thank you, McCoy Heating and Air for keeping us cool all summer long!
