It's been three years now since VT Services repaired my laptop and it's still kicking strong. At the time, they not only fixed my mother board promptly at a good price, but also solved a less critical problem I had been having as well without charging extra. The alternative from the manufacturer HP was to have them repair it for almost the same amount as the purchase price. I can recommend them highly.

About 3-4 months ago, my team and I were introduced to VT services. Our department facilitates technology support for a School District. We were in need of a company or service that could handle hardware repairs specifically for our MacBooks. I was connected directly to Stephanie who is a Customer Rep. Via Warrantech, my MSI laptop was sent out to VT Services for faulty fan bearings. I was very discouraged after reading the bad reviews and quite worried. But, after a very fast turnaround time I got the laptop back today. Zero issues and back to it's original condition. My laptop was returned in the same original box I sent it in, courteously cleaned, and put in a sealed bag as well. Thank you to the VT Services team!
