Best pool service around! Had a last minute contract change with a previous company and they weren’t able to complete the work. Platinum pools stepped in immediately and the pool has been serviced successfully, promptly, and correctly. Communication is top tier. Brian is the best and incredibly grateful for their service!!

Platinum Pools is the best poolcare company in the area! During high school I was a lifeguard at multiple pools in the Crystal Lake area and Platinum serviced our facilities. John Gitzinger was always direct, honest, and thorough. John would always make sure to have his guys out on time for services and was always available for any surprises. 10/10 whether you need a new build, Reno, or maintenance - you can’t go wrong with platinum.
