Fast and friendly! Jae, the owner, is responsive and honest. I went to Hi Auto to get a part replaced, which would have cost several dollars elsewhere. I paid less than a tenth of the price and the entire process took less than ten minutes.
As a first-time driver and car owner, I've had my fair share of experiences being overcharged for unnecessary services. It's no wonder Jae had been my friend's family mechanic for years.
I just had starter and battery replaced on my 2006 Honda Odyssey. The owner Jae did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and the strange noise went away after replacing the parts and vehicle engine starts very smooth and runs great. Thank you so very much Jae!!!!
Wow they were so fast and kind! I freaked out because my tire alert went off and noticed my tire was so flat!i rushed to get help from hi auto and he fixed my tire and put air on all of my tires!! Thank you for your help!!
