Wow they were so fast and kind! I freaked out because my tire alert went off and noticed my tire was so flat!i rushed to get help from hi auto and he fixed my tire and put air on all of my tires!! Thank you for your help!!
The owner Jae is very honest and super friendly! I visited here for the first time last week because I was hearing strange noise every time I step on my breaks. He drove my vehicle for quick spin and was able to diagnosed that it needs new rotors and pads on all 4 axles. He provided me with estimated price (parts & labor) up front and when the parts would be available. I was able to schedule an appointment within the few days. The noise is now gone and vehicle drives very smoothly. Thank you so very much Jae !!! Appreciate the honest and hard work ~ I would highly recommend this place for vehicle maintenance service needs.
Jae is really good in what he does. Honest, reasonable price for auto repairs and always accommodating. We have multiple cars and we bring them all to HI AUTO ? ? I highly recommend this place.Services: Brake service & repair
