jim has been servicing our HVAC for the last 20 years. He’s the best - AC and heat tend to go out at the most inconvenient time and because he’s local he’s always been prompt and quick to fix anything and so reasonable. It was time to finally replace everything and we had Jim replace the AC/ furnace and Aprilaire last week. His price was fair and work was so neat. Highly recommend

Jim is great. Professional, thorough, and reliable. Been using him for years and never a single issue. VERY reasonable prices vs. the competition, likely due to low overhead. We started using him after a not-so-great experience with a competitor, who--after 2 hours in our back yard scratching his head with his supervisor on the phone--started giving us quotes to replace our whole high-efficiency HVAC system, which would have cost nearly $5,500. Nope. Jim was in and out with a new compressor and tune up for a couple hundred, including freon.

Jim and his son installed a new high efficiency heating and cooling units at our home in Mount Prospect in early October 2023 .The furnace is Armstrong A97USMV70 and the ac unit which is a heat pump Armstrong 4SP18LX. They did excellent job and as of now (12/31/2023) units are performing very good. I am very satisfied with there job and recommendations of the units.John Musial , 12/31/2023
