Thr Fly Plumbing staff *Stefanie who's the contact person for my estimates was amazing with her patience & professionalism. She was able to communicate very well via text, cell & email. She answered every question that I had and was able to schedule a last minute next day appointment. The technician *Shawn (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was so cool and experienced. One man & one 50 gallon tank to install without a helper. He was great, his professionalism and knowledge was A+. I normally don't do many reviews. This service was superb and deserves recognition. Was hired by Firstkey’s home to come to my home to fix the nozzle on are tub that controls the water, we have been without the use of are tub/ shower for 3 days?they had sent over Maitnance but that was a complete waist of time,( no shade) but that’s not his profession.the first thing that led me to believe today was going to be a good day and I was going to Finally be able to take a shower today?was that he called bright and early in the morning & said he was leaving a job and will be here in an hour and a half, and he was here on time and got right on the job he was a bit irritated because what he thought was the job he was told he was coming... read full review
