So my car battery died in -12 degree weather. Since three days I’ve been on and off constant calls with my insurance and roadside assistance for a towing company to help tow my car. For three days of waiting and waiting for hours I decided to give up with the roadside assistance. I immediately found C and F company. I saw their reviews and called them up. Best decision I could make. These guys without hesitation heard my situation and arrived with their tow truck within 15 minutes!! 15 MINUTES!!! Cris, the owner of C&F is a rare breed of kind and honest business people in the world today. I cannot say enough about how much Cris helped me multiple times throughout our interactions of two tows on different days and his flexibility to meet me where I was with my car situation, car insurance and the dealership.He has gone above and beyond and this is the tow company for everyone who actually cares about helping you as priority.
Never had a car towed before but what a great experience. Chris was personable, funny, and even handled getting the car in position to get it on the tow bed while I sat in the truck because it was raining. Very fast response time too, he was there in under 15 minutes from when I called. Highly recommend!
