I've used AB Edwards for two large projects at my house - a full roof replacement after hail damage and existing stucco repair. On both projects, they were professional in terms of communication prior to and ultimately the quality of the work. Both projects required some components that were quoted as time & materials (removing stairs to access stucco and replacing wood decking on the roof) and both times they were fair and transparent in the process, coming in under the good faith estimates they provided before and during the work.

We discovered that in a rarely seen part of our second floor roof, the siding had been pulled out from the wall and had become an access point for mice into our attic. I called AB Edwards and they had someone out the next day to look at it. The work to replace that portion of the siding was done the next week. The other company I had called couldn’t even come out to prepare an estimate for 2 weeks, let alone actually do the work. I appreciated the fast, quality service from AB Edwards.
