5 stars are not enough. During the 4 hottest days a few weeks ago Jamie and his excellent staff were there to rescue me and my 94 degree home. Tech was here in a timely fashion, found the problem, drove into Chicago to get the part and returned to complete the repair. Jamie kept me in the loop during the entire process, THANKS PRO TEMP OF WESTCHESTER. How about our government (red or blue) contacting Jamie for some valued advice.

ProTemp of Illinois did a wonderful job. Jamie came out to provide an estimate the same day I called, even though it was late in the day. Two days later, Julio and his partner came and installed a new furnace and AC, taking away my old units and making sure everything was clean and back together before they left. Everything is working great. Thank goodness... with the heat we've been having, we would have been miserable! Jamie even took care of all the rebate paperwork for me.

Pro Temp just installed our second heating and air conditioning system on the second floor, they installed our first system in the basement about 5 years ago. Both installations were completed same day, when they left it was like no one was there, had tarps covering the floors and the old system was taken away. Very satisfied with the systems and the installation. Would recommend to our friends and by the way the cost was a lot less than the big names advertising on TV
