“Was there today for a PET. Had one years ago elsewhere and was actually a mess. Didn't do well. Anxiety like you wouldn't believe. After telling the young lady that did my IV about it she so chilled me out. When I got to the room I find out she actually did the scan. I felt so much better knowing she was so hill. I did the scan easy easy and can thank her for it. Uro partners better appreciate her. Absolutely an asset. I wish I could remember her name because I would like to thank her.“

“I found the doctors Office quite easily, but I had the feeling that I was also lucky in finding it easily. The parking lot was very tight and busy. The building had multiple entrances but was clean bright and well marked inside which it made it quite easy to find the correct suite.
Inside the suite, the receptionist was very helpful and personable. After giving my last name, she located my first name and made me feel welcome by acknowledging my appointment. She handed me the tablet to complete the forms. The tablet was quite a challenge to complete and I consider myself quite computer literate. Finishing it took well after the appointment was complete.
The waiting room was WAY too small for wheel chairs with their assistants and other patients. But the processing of the patients was like perfect clock work. I was very happy with every personal interaction and the speed and comfort extended from each professional contacted with no. real wait time. All around, a very pleasant experience.“
