I too am a business owner and also work with landscape designs on the weekends an employee. Landscape designs has a no tolerance policy for his employees performing their jobs in a non workmanlike manner and try’s to make sure all work is done in accordance with the company standards and proper way of handling and planting the trees. Which is a big part of the survival rate of the trees. However owner operator of landscape designs can’t oversee every move his employees make.He does have a zero tolerance policy for employees not following his instructions on the way to handle and plant the trees. I recently bought 18 white pines and several shrubs and bushes but with that being said 3 pines died and when I called him he came the next weekend and replaced them for free due to his employees lack of following directions and I would and have recommended him to other peopleServices: Landscape installations
