I strongly recommend RZG roofing company. Owner Rick and the crews that installed my new high quality hail resistant roof and gutters were clearly experienced, professional, and hard working. The process started with Rick providing a very fair estimate, working with the insurance company, explaining the quality materials and helping me pick out colors, providing addresses of homes in my subdivision that had roofs installed in the colors I had interest in. He kept me informed on an estimate of time for the work to be completed and the early arrival of the crew, who worked until dark. I enthusiastically recommend RZG Roofing, Siding & Gutters! Rick was professional, knowledgeable and personable. After a terrible hail storm blew through our neighborhood, a couple of the homes nearby that his company had done before held up without any issues.
He helped us understand how the process would go with our insurance company and helped explain the nuance and detail of the repairs needed in a way that was understandable to us. He also helped us pick from high quality, hail resistant shingles. Our roof looks beautiful now, and we have the comfort knowing it was done right.
Our roof was out of pocket, not an insurance claim. RZG has done quite a few new roofs in the neighborhood, and with that came highly recommended to replace our 20 year old roof. The crew was highly professional and very considerate using tarps to capture the old roof debris as well as a handy magnetic roller device to pickup any loose nails that were on the ground and in the driveway. Our roof was installed in two days. Already have received multiple compliments from the neighbors. The gutter crew was out just a couple of days later, and removed the old 35 year old gutters and replaced with the higher capacity 3x4 gutters to capture more water on our two...read full review
