I put down a deposit that same day, and we scheduled the installation. When the time came, we spent most of the day together and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She was super informative and took the time to walk me through maintenance routines that would actually work for me. My hair looks long and full, and the way the extensions are distributed, you can hardly feel a thing!
