Kudos to my sales rep. for trying so hard, but all her efforts are short lived by the downhill progression this company has experienced since being bought out by not only Springs, but another "global" entity that cares only about the dollar and definitely not about running an elite well oiled machine. Too bad, I'll be setting their samples curbside as this poorly run system can no longer be a benefit to my clients or my bottom line. Disappointing as they USED TO BE the best around.
