If you need office equipment repair, contact Will Pastor at oakwoodtechnologies.com (847-526-4399). I did, based on a recommendation. My MFP (Multi Function Printer, copier, scanner, fax) needed repair and Will could tell me over the phone what the problems likely were. I took my machine in, he was correct, gave me an estimate, and ordered the parts. The machine was ready for pickup the next afternoon. Pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, efficient, quick service, and reasonable. Can't ask for more. Well worth the drive to Wauconda.

Will is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He's also honest. More than once he's told me, 'It'll cost you more to have me fix this than to purchase a new one.' (I tend to have older equipment.)
