Groh Works Landscaping

Shopping for new providers. One neighbor had said that Groh Works is not a good choice (they fired them). I nonetheless decided to try anyhow since they do two other lawns very nearby. Result? two ignored e-mails, a missed owner appointment with no call, and no reply to a texted follow-up. Yikes! if a firm blows communication and follow-through at a point of sale, I can only imagine what would happen if I had to rely on them for real with my lawn. No thanks!

GROH WORKS is THE WORST LANDSCAPE COMPANY that I have ever used. The owner Jeff assured me that he could get my extra landscape projects done quickly, so that I would switch over to their mowing service. Then Jeff never responded to my requests to schedule the extra work. His landscape crew also damaged my sprinkler system while mowing, and Groh Works ignored my requests to repair it. Now they are harassing me for the $80 that I deducted from their bill for my sprinkler repair. I would never recommend Groh Works to anyone bc the customer is not their priority.

Groh Works Landscaping Service is not reputable. The owner Jeff assured me that he could quickly complete my extra landscape projects, In order to get me to switch over to their mowing service. Then Jeff completely ignored my requests to get the extra work scheduled. Groh Works mowing crew also damaged my sprinkler system, and they ignored my requests to fix it. I tried for several weeks to work with them on these issues with no results which resulted in my yard looking very shabby for most of the summer. So I had to switch lawn services and pay for the sprinkler repair myself. I deducted the $80 for the sprinkler repair from their final bill, and now Groh Works is harrassing me for the $80.
