Would give 6 stars. Came here after a very weird experience and terrible haircut at a different location. They turned a bad haircut into a good one for no charge. Friendly, down to earth people and they're good at what they do. Will be back here again.
Good service, very busy, call in advance to make appointment, will save you a long wait. They have records of last cuts, just slight adjustments. Ladies are friendly and professional. Well worth a good tip.
I've known great clips to be quick and low quality hair cuts. However, the wauconda location exceeds my expectations. Erika really went above and beyond. I'm quite particular but I recommend this location 100%
