Yellowstone Landscape has a positive work environment with a supportive team and a friendly receptionist who is always helpful. The company maintains a clean workspace and is responsive to concerns. However, there are some issues with landscapers damaging property if not properly communicated with, indicating a need for better customer care. Overall, the business is seen as a good place to work, but improvements are needed in handling customer property.
Our apartment community hired this company and they are so inconsistent and do not care. They completed shredded my dogs hook for his lead and it lodged into my tomato plant. We moved in here in May 26 and have not had a problem with this hook until today.
Wet unbagged grass left everywhere. The front main parts of the community get nice grid lines but the residents back yards look like crap.
They had a snowplow driver pass my municipality truck in a school zone and double no passing. So i guess they are ok with their drivers doing that to get to the next parking lot faster. Great job training drivers to drive like that
Called office numerous times and no one ever answers. Funny
The only person who makes this establishment good during the winter is the receptionist. She is always on top of getting out checks and emailing those so called managers our hours. Always has a positive attitude and is always smiling . She needs a raise !
