Yellowstone Landscape has a positive work environment with a supportive team and a friendly receptionist who is always helpful. The company maintains a clean workspace and is responsive to concerns. However, there are some issues with landscapers damaging property if not properly communicated with, indicating a need for better customer care. Overall, the business is seen as a good place to work, but improvements are needed in handling customer property.
The only person who makes this establishment good during the winter is the receptionist. She is always on top of getting out checks and emailing those so called managers our hours. Always has a positive attitude and is always smiling . She needs a raise !
Our townhome association has had several landscapers over the last 20 years, and only Acres has lived up to our expectations. Our account managers have been excellent and easy to work with, and we trust the advice we receive.
Always a pleasure to work with Susanne Coventry from Acres. She's on top of her work and always goes the extra mile to make sure the client is happy. I work with her on two communities that I manage.
