I called A Plus Decorating to have my rental townhome painted before being put up on the market. After calling two other companies to find out that they were booking projects 2-4 months out, I became doubtful that I would be able to get anyone to complete the project on such short notice. The third phone call I made was to A Plus Decorating and I got a hold of Chano. After explaining my situation, ***** asked a number of relevant questions and then asked if he could see the property. I told him whenever he could squeeze me in, I would be available to show it to him. He asked to meet THAT DAY at noon and I said yes! I took Chano around the townhome showing him damage that needed to be repaired and all that I would like donesome necessary, some optional. ***** spent a great amount of time detailing all my requests and by the next date I had an quote for all the projects we had discussed. The quote came back and it was more than I wanted to spend, but what I really liked about this quote, was that it was itemized!! I was able to pick and choose projects I thought were most important to get accomplished and those that fit within the budget I wanted to spendwhich I LOVED!! He also told me the project would take one week to complete, which I was perfect for my timeline.After signing the adjusted contract, work started the next day and was completed in the promised 5 days. Every single, dent, ding, nail pop and damaged wall had been repaired and painted to perfection!! I walked around in awe as to how amazing the property looked! In addition, there was absolutely no evidence that a major crew had been there for 5 days, everything was cleaned perfectly!***** is an amazing ethical businessman that wants to provide a great service and quality product to his clients. A Plus refurbished my deck by replacing rotted boards & railings. In addition they power washed and stained the deck. They cleaned all materials & debris. My wife and I were extremely pleased with their work and they were very personable.The next time we used A plus was when we purchased a new dishwasher. The delivery service removed the old dishwasher, they could not install the new one because they could not replace the hardwood surrounding the dishwasher. I called A Plus and within an hour’s time A plus had a crew at our house. They installed the dishwasher and replaced the damaged hardwood surrounding the dishwasher with my supplies hardwood.I have found the...read full review
I have used A plus quite a few different times on 2 different homes and have recommended them to anyone that ever needs help with just about anything. They increased the value of our first home with their craftsmanship and we were able to sell above the listing price in part to their great work.
