Andrew & Adam and their staff at Knapp funeral home are true professionals in what they do . I brought my mother's ashes in to have transferred into a necklace and small urn that I had bought and Andrew jumped right to it with no questions asked . He had everything done and had me out the door in less then 10 minutes and he also handled my mom's ashes with care . THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE AT KNAPP FUNERAL HOME .

Exceptional customer service!Due to a change in dates on a car purchase, my son required proof of insurance first thing in the morning. Long story short, Brent worked on the policy and spoke with me on the phone at 8:30pm to assure he had what was needed for his appointment. Now that’s being true to your customers.I recently switched from a nearly 25 year relationship with another local agency because the rates were so much more reasonable here. Better rates AND great customer service - what more could we ask for? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super customer service, very clean shop, watch. Even the floors sparkle! There is not a lot to do there, but it is a shop, has a few sweet rides and the look to be venturing into other possibilities. Really enjoyed the visit and it was just on a whim.

If you're judging a business based on returning your call without considering their busyness or other factors, you're a fugging narcissist. Toon Town has loyal customers, they probably don't want your business anyway. Fight me.

2/20/21 Changed review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Morton rep came out with a scissor lift and inserted foam seals around the roof line. Hopefully this prevent snow from entering the building in the future.Changed review from 5 stars to 2 stars after 1/30/21 heavy snow. It appears that Morton buildings aren't as weather proof as I had hoped. I sent pics to Bruce (sales rep), who was quick to respond, he asked Josh (construction lead) to contact me. Josh informed me that "they" must have forgot to include the sealers with the kit. My biggest concern is why didn't the construction crew notice this during the building construction. Why wasn't it corrected then? Did they hope it would go unnoticed? Josh is suppose to have the issue corrected on 2/13/21. I'll adjust my review once the problem is resolved. Unfortunately, I don't know if any tools were damaged from the snow!? I'm sadly disappointed with the Morton construction crew.Our Morton building is great. My wife and I wish we had it constructed it six years ago when we first considered having a pole barn built. Josh and his crew did a excellent job with the construction. Bruce was an excellent resource during the planning stages of the building. Thank you for recommending Morrison Benoit Construction, for the concrete work, and Rieken Overhead Doors, we were pleased with their work also!
Stellar rating. I had symptoms of a detached retina on a Sunday. I called Chittick at opening on Monday and got scheduled for an emergency appointment 2 hours later with Dr. Prosser at their Danville location. After diagnosis confirmed and half of my field of vision gone, it was quite a comfort to see Dr. Prosser and team apparently more concerned about my eye than I was - their obvious sense of urgency in locating the nearest available ophthalmologist for a prompt emergency procedure while comforting me with updates of their efforts was touching and deeply appreciated. After an early next day procedure at Midwest Eye Institute in Indianapolis, surgery was successful and I have full field of vision restored as of this posting at 8 weeks post op vitrectomy. Highest ratings in standard categories - facilities, knowledge, organization, professionalism, courtesy, and compassionate regard for patient. Highest recommendation for Chittick Family Eye Care centers.
