I just wanted to say Thank you for being so compassionate when we lost our dog a few months ago. We were so distraught that we didn’t end of paying before we left and they waited a month or more before even contacting us for payment. I really appreciate that. Thank you!

My 19 1/2 year Shi Tzu had to be put to sleep.They were very kind and caring.I just wish I didn't have to let her go but, she was ready to go.I couldn't have asked for anymore compassionate people than those at Waterloo Animal Hospital.They were very comforting to me afterwards.Bless them in their work.????

I have nothing but great things to say about the Waterloo Animal Hospital. The front desk staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient….even when they’re swamped with patients. Dr Dwight is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I trust them, completely, to care for my senior cat, Comet.
