As it turned out I didn't get service because they were already busy with cold conditions but was given an recomindition. I called the company and everything worked out great. It really does pay off to stay in the home town where one can TRUST the service and the cost of the work.

Our furnace quit working on a Fri. We called Jaenke Heating & A/C and within a short time they had a repairman, Chad come out. He was outstanding, fixed the problem, but told us our 25 year old furnace had problems and would probably need to be replaced. We had heat for a time, then went out. We called Jaenke and talked with Flo, she was truly awesome - got Chad out to our house, he called and ordered a new furnace. Monday morning 2 installers arrived at 8 am, tore out our old furnace, replaced it with a new furnace. The 2 installers were excellent, explained everything to us, and by noon, we had heat. Was amazing, broke on Friday, and by Monday noon, a new furnace and working perfectly. We were so, so happy with Jaenke and their workers and Flo. Gary L. Schnur, Waterloo, Illinois
