I have COVID. They were sending medicine out for me. My dad went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine and it is not there. I called the office and was 3rd in line...I have been on hold for over an hour (which the office should be closed now). So, I am guessing they left the office with people still holding.

They fired my husband as a client without even telling him. He has SEVERE anxiety and PTSD; when he called to get a refill on his medication the nurses told him he was fired due to no showing to an appointment. Even though he didn’t show up to an appointment we still paid a no show fee. The nurse I had to deal with, Angie, was VERY disrespectful and unprofessional. She tried telling my husband and I that he has been taking his medication incorrectly and that the last time they refilled his medication was in January when they apparently fired him.
