John was amazing and so was Nicole. Nicole answered the phone on our first call and we knew we made the right decision in choosing Waterloo"s Clean Car establishment! Their service was very professional and greatly appreciated in this day and time.
Went throught and their soap wasn't working so the workers had me go through again which was more then I was expecting. The manager or whoever the upper guy there today was extremely nice and apologetic about.
This place is so awesome and does a great job on my car! It was my birthday on October 4th and they have taken the time to wish me a happy birthday and also give me a free wash, I went today to get my free car wash and it was the best wash they had, $20.00 one that was very generous and was thoughtful for them to do that I thought. I love how the car wash even has free vacuuming and air hoses to get in all the cracks!! Just a great wonderful place to go they do the best job around! Thank you for my birthday gift it was much appreciated!
