My wife and I provided him with our documentation and after several months our tax still were not filed. Reached out to him several times with no call back or responses. Ran into him at McDonald at one time, told him we have been trying to get ahold of him. Next day he responded to my wife via email and my wife responded right back. Never heard from him again. Today I stopped by his office and got my documentation back. We are going to a different CPA

I have been using Mike for several years, however this is the first time where an audit situation has occurred.Errors were found from previous tax year resulting in the state requiring additional information. Mike showed a lack of priority to resolve the issues and had zero communication along the way, even with repeated follow up requesting an update. He also missed several commitments for response.This is not a place you will want to go if you want confidence that you will be supported in the unfortunate situation of being audited. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and support this company provides long time customers.

I was so impressed with Mike and Paul's professionalism and genuine care for me and my husband as new clients. We are so pleased that we have found Braun Accounting and Tax Service.
