WOW!!! Such an amazing place! Macy’s first time seeing Justine and we couldn’t be happier. She took the time to listen to what I had to say, and made Macy feel comfortable by letting her walk around and check things out. We are so impressed with how well she took care of Macy. Today our dog Buddy had his first grooming appointment and we couldn’t be more impressed with how well he was taken care of. She immediately loved on him, took the best care of him, and his coat looked so shiny and soft!! Buddy was so happy after his bath, and we cannot wait to come back! They have gained a forever client with us! Thank you guys for going above and beyond for our Buddy!

Kelsie provides above and beyond customer service. You can tell her heart is in it. She talked to me, a first time dog owner, for 12 minutes about their process and what I want to make sure any groomer does for my dog. I'm on her wait list because they are short staffed right now. She spent all that time with me knowing she couldn't take on new customers at this time. I just have to share how kind and gracious she is. There are not many business owners like her.
