After having my brows tattooed 10+ years ago I had been wanting to find someone with who I trusted to update my look. Mel took the time to answer any questions I had and through a consultation pencil and color sampling we came up with the perfect look for me. She did a fabulous job and did not disappoint! Mel Hosbrough-Randleman Licensed Aesthetician and Medical, Artistic Tattooist. Studio Blue specializes in: balayage, custom color, facial waxing, haircuts, make-up, styles and sew-in extensions.
