“Deb has been cutting my hair for as long as I can remember, and is the only person I trust with my locks. From the Top is a very professional, inviting, well decorated salon. Her expertise in hair care and skin care is bar none. I highly recommend her hair colorings, and facials. You will not be disappointed the service you receive at From the Top. :)”
